This post is about her magical wedding. She got engaged before I moved to Florida, but the wedding wouldn't be until after I was gone. I didn't know how I would be able to swing it, but I was certainly going to do what I could to be there! The Lord provided in big ways which allowed for our entire family to drive up to NY to work, visit, and attend Heaven's wedding!!
It was an honor to be there. There was no way I wasn't going to bring my camera and she knew it. Her cousin and aunt were the photographer and videographer so I fit right in hanging out with them, sneaking in shots from a distance. I loved it.
So this is my point of view as a guest hanging out in the brides room before the ceremony, sitting in the second row at the ceremony, hanging out during the formals, mingling at the reception, and sneaking away for sunset photos.
Heaven is a natural beauty, but I knew she would be as stunning as she was that day. I dare to say that she is even more beautiful on the inside. Her love for Jesus is contagious. I am so happy for her and James!!!
I wanted to end with a repeat of this photo, but zoomed in because of Heaven's aunt watching the two of them. Sadly, she passed away unexpectedly from a stroke only a few weeks after their wedding. Life is so precious and I am incredibly grateful for being able to document moments like these where her aunt is looking at her with such affection and joy.
