Whiting Door

Whiting Door is such an incredible company tucked in the delightful town of Akron, NY (where A Quiet Place 2 was filmed!), where Big League chew gum is made, and where I grew up. :) I was so excited when I was hired to come do some public relations photos for them. They are totally worth the 1200 mile, 20+ hour drive!

This was my second time working with the delightful sibling duo, Allie and Phil, Vice Presidents of the company. I am also biased, as Phil was my neighbor for a couple years and I have known Allie since high school, BUT still, they REALLY ARE GREAT. ;)

I had such a blast walking around this huge manufacturing plant with Allie and Phil to photograph all of the superb work they are doing. As I stated in my post the first time I was hired to photograph their smaller plant, this company was started in America and is proud to have many local employees working there.

I was SO impressed as I walked around and met many of their friendly, hard working, and helpful employees. I was also deeply proud of them for getting their hands dirty, building these products from scratch, and working together like a well oiled machine. It was truly an amazing sight to see.

It is companies like this one with employees as hard working as they have that are what make America the leading country in the world. What an HONOR it has been to be a small part of this company's story! What a JOY to give them photos that properly display the extraordinary company that they are.
