I am so honored and grateful that Lauren, their oldest asked me to come back to photograph her wedding. I pray I did their sweet day justice. Her and Matt are a precious couple!! They come to life when they are in each other's presence and have a tender hearted chemistry that I don't feel with every couple I photograph!

It had been the busiest wedding with the largest wedding party I had encountered, but still, I was stunned, mortified, angry, and completely blamed myself. Despite this, there was hope. Out of all the photos that could be missed, this was one of the few that could be re-taken. In fact, this could be really good because now, all of the time, people, and event pressure was completely removed.

In addition to lots of talking with my wedding clients, it's really important to me that I spend at least thirty minutes photographing them before their big day. I want them to be as comfortable with me as possible, for me to be able to study their manuerisms, and know their chemistry while being photographed so that I have a better idea of what to expect at their wedding. It also helps me to be more efficient that day when every minute is crucial!!
