We had never met before I had stepped foot in her beautiful home with all of my camera equipment that day! I LOVE meeting new people! One of the biggest obstacles a photographer has when taking someone's portrait is establishing a level of comfort that can be seen in the photos.

In about 35 minutes, I captured all these goodies! Ashley absolutely makes my job easier. She loves to get her portrait taken, which is why we spent more time than necessary. Still, lighting, lens, framing, and angle choice make all the difference from making her look as stunningly adorable as she is in these.

Theresa recently re-decorated some of the rooms in their wellness center and the exterior was still getting painted when I was in town, so I couldn't get a full photo of it. In addtion to rooms for massage and facials, there's a store in the wellness center full of local artists. There is a room to meet with a practitioner and purchase wellness products. Theresa truly cares about the overall wellness of people!

When she heard that I was in town, she reached out to me to try to squeeze in a few photos of her new salon tucked in the beautiful Delavan Hotel...Though the purchase of this salon was recent and she was still in the middle of putting her own spin on it, much had already been done and was worth photographing! I love it already!

I was SO impressed as I walked around and met many of their friendly, hard working, and helpful employees. I was also deeply proud of them for getting their hands dirty, building these products from scratch, and working together like a well oiled machine. It was truly an amazing sight to see.

I was so grateful to be hired to do another job in Florida. Doing photography work in Western New York is far easier because I had spent sixteen years photographing.

God used this job opportunity to kick start my journey as a professional photographer in Orlando, Florida.
