This was a 40 minute session that this tender hearted couple and I squeezed in. When I travel to Western New York for photography work, this is often the case in order to accomodate as many clients as possible. What I am grateful for about sessions like these, is the challenge of thinking quickly, which is what is needed to photograph weddings. I'll be traveling back to do theirs next summer and I'm so excited!

In addition to lots of talking with my wedding clients, it's really important to me that I spend at least thirty minutes photographing them before their big day. I want them to be as comfortable with me as possible, for me to be able to study their manuerisms, and know their chemistry while being photographed so that I have a better idea of what to expect at their wedding. It also helps me to be more efficient that day when every minute is crucial!!
