Escential Care Spa and Wellness Center, Alden, NY

This business!!! The owner! The massage therapists! Estheticians! Practiotioners! The environment. The tiny cottage and spa house! They are all soooo inviting, warm, beautiful, and helpful!

Theresa Hoffman, the owner and founder of this phenomenal place in Alden, NY is more than a dear friend to me. She is a best friend, mom, sister, aunt, all wrapped up in one. I don't have enough words right now to express the deep love and appreciation I have for this woman and her husband, Curtis, who prefers to be hidden. Both have been an intricate part of my life for the last 18+ years and have greatly influenced my life!

Theresa recently re-decorated some of the rooms in their wellness center and the exterior was still getting painted when I was in town, so I couldn't get a full photo of it. In addtion to rooms for massage and facials, there's a store in the wellness center full of local artists. There is a room to meet with a practitioner and purchase wellness products. Theresa truly cares about the overall wellness of people!

There is cottage and spa house across the street available to rent to stay in through VRBO or use for spa events. They think of it all! Every building is so well cared for, decorated, and managed because of Theresa's amazing eye for design, Curtis' handyman skills, and everyone else that keeps it up! Even the bathroom with the stained glass window!!!

This is the spa building across the street and a little event that was occurring within it. As beautiful as it already is, there are still a few finishing touches being added to it so I was limited in some of my views. ;)
